Positive: The back of the property with the nature pool is very beautiful and relaxing, I would emphasise the back of the property is very modern but the main property is quite dated

Negative: Particularly rude older gentleman working at the hotel was very dismissive, even straight up ignoring us at some points, extremely unprofessional. We were act ping couple travelling with our baby and were quite shocked by this. The spa didn’t open until 14.00 We booked the property planning to use it so this was a shame as we had to leave before then In addition I had a quick look in the spa and it looked quite dated. Breakfast was also not on par with other hotels in Austria Bread was mouldy
