Located in a quiet, small community of 12 single family homes, this is the place to gather the family for your beach and wildlife adventures! Melbourne Beach has the most biodiverse ecosystem in the northern hemisphere. More sea turtles nest on the 1.2 miles of beach here than anywhere else in the world! Arnold Palmer designed golf course next door. Sea turtle nesting season is May through September. Baby turtles hatch end of June through October, great fishing, great surfing, come enjoy your almost private beach! Bike trails and great restaurants up and down the beach.

Summary: Everything was just as described, very convenient to where we wanted to be near friends. Quick beach access and lovely large and well stocked kitchen. Enough beds for us all and overall a very comfortable house. Didn’t expect all the other properties so close as the photos didn’t show that and did have people walking almost right by house/window outside of the back bedroom, but that didn’t seem to bother our oldest son. Fit our family of 7, 2 adults, 4 teens and a 4 year old. We found some Christmas candy waiting for us on the counter that our kids loved. Other than the proximity of neighbors which I didn’t remember seeing or reading on listing- it was great. House itself was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
