No parking on grass. Pet waste must be picked up. In rare instances where the temperature may be in the 40-60’s range, the weather conditions in these temperatures may not be ideal for optimal pool heating. It may take several hours and it may not get up to temperatures above 100 during conditions such as this, as the pool heater pulls warmth from the air and re-circulates it into the pool.
