Summary: The house was beautiful inside and out the landscaping and pool as well as the two hot tubs were absolutely perfect and very relaxing and enjoyable. However, we were not aware how strict the rules were about quiet hours beginning at 9 PM outside. We were a group of 40 year-old women at a conference so we were not crazy and partying and out of control, but it was very clear that the neighbors on either side are not happy about this rental being in their neighborhood. We experienced very rude neighbors multiple times throughout our state and made us very uncomfortable and we ultimately did not spend any time outside after six or 7 PM due to fear of getting screamed at. There also could’ve been a little bit more amenities provided at check-in such as more towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. but that was pretty minor. I would consider renting this house again, but I was very put off by the neighborhood experience.
