Summary: Very comfortable and clean house. Well-equipped kitchen. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach and RonJons. 10 minutes to Cocoa village. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking. A little chilly during our stay, so we didn't use the pool.
