The kitchen has everything you need for family meals and the relaxing living area provides the perfect place for a movie night or just catching up. All of the essentials are set up for your arrival; and, for additional needs, Springtide Market & Deli offers groceries, sundries, grab-and-go meals, liquor, beach accessories and more.
Sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed in the master bedroom plus one queen and one twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a queen self-inflatable air mattress for an additional two people.
Centrally located, you are close to all the great features of the island, including the beautiful beaches, hiking trails and scenic hideaways. Private parking spaces are conveniently located behind the building, so you have a convenient location to park your car.This is a great island for biking as there are bike paths and little traffic so bring your bikes and explore while enjoying the wildlife - you are sure to see deer.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. Pets no bigger than 40lbs. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Pets - allowed
