In the meantime, there is a public beach access point located directly next to this complex that guests access conveniently through the parking garage. Most guests prefer to use this access point even when the pool deck is open because it's much closer to the elevators. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Summary: Very nice condo and very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the patio furniture. You rent an oceanfront condo to sit and enjoy the soothing rhythm of the waves and watch the beach. Impossible to do when only one chair available
