We supply our renters with some of the essentials that are costly to travel with or purchase in Hawaii. Bath items provided by us are laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, a bar of dove soap, blow drier, first aid kit, and 4 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen we stock spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, trash bags, and dish soap among others. We provide vases for those beautiful Hawaiian flowers purchased roadside. A cooler, Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your use. We try to make your stay as easy, convenient and comfortable as possible.
The view across the ocean and down the south Maui coast is phenomenal while relaxing in our comfortable lanai love seat with your feet up on the ottoman. Sunsets are just amazing. Watch the water change from blue to pink even while you are cooking. It fills the room.
Sugar Beach is in an ideal spot. It is centrally located in the middle of Maui allowing for equal drive times to Wailea in south Maui or Lahaina in west Maui. It is the perfect location for somebody who wants to be on the water but wants to see all of Maui. Rest, Relax and enjoy Sugar Beach or wake up and head off to Hana or Haleakala National Park, the quaint town of Paia, or the Nakalele Blow Hole. You can see all of Maui with Sugar Beach as your starting point.
Sugar Beach Resort consists of two buildings, the Mill Building and Plantation Building. Sugar Beach #PH19 is located in the Mill Building. All condos are privately owned although for your convenience, there is a check in office on property with a receptionist where you will obtain your parking pass and pool codes.
Dina's Sandwich Shoppe is located on the grounds and is a great excuse to not cook. There is a gift shop, a Massage Therapist on site and Concierge/Activities Desk, as well.
We are located at the North end of Kihei on 5 miles of white sandy beach that is a wonderful walk in the morning to the bakery or afternoon for a Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Sugar Beach Resort is located at the base of the West Maui Mountains, right on the shore of beautiful Maalaea Bay. The resort is somewhat secluded, situated in between Kihei and the village of Maalaea. The location of the resort provides a perfect balance, offering oceanfront activities and atmosphere, as well as stunning views of both Haleakala and the West Maui Mountains.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, putting green and gas BBQ's.
The Sugar Beach Resort grounds occupy about 3 acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long crescent of sandy beach on Maui's south shore. #PH19 has an ocean front view, with stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean sunsets every evening.
