Positive: Fantastic sized room and bathroom. The free pantry was exceptional! Lovely style property. Keycode system worked brilliantly. Wide range of breakfast foods.

Negative: Breakfast finished too early, a small extension would be preferred. Room, (particularly bathroom), looking very tired and in need of significant practical and aesthetic maintenance. Rooms not particularly soundproof and unfortunately the penthouse guests were extremely inconsiderate at night during my stay - not the fault of the property but perhaps could enforce/highlight the house rules re noise and unsocial hours a bit more forcibly at check-in.

Summary: Architecturally beautiful and a classic 'B&B'
