This very well-equipped six-bedroom villa with a west facing pool deck and a very good amount of privacy sits on the five-star resort of Windsor Palms. Windsor Palms is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of all these facilities - large swimming pool and spa, children’s pool and playground, barbecue areas, gymnasium, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, clubhouse and games room with pool tables, table tennis and a video games arcade – and its very own exclusive 58 seater movie theater - Located just off the US192 and all just 3 miles from the Disney main gate!

This spacious home accommodates up to twelve guests comfortably. With an open floor plan, this home features a large living area with plenty of seating on the very comfortable leather furniture and is a great place to gather and watch a favorite movie with the family. The house features a dining area off the kitchen. Our Kitchen is fully equipped for you to choose when to eat in and too eat out.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1, the master king bed ensuite is located on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 2, the queen bed ensuite, is located on the 1st floor. There is also a bedroom with a bunk that has a full and twin bed
Bedroom 3, on the 1st floor.
Upstairs you have bedroom 4 which has a Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 5 has twin beds and is also on the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 6 is also on the 2nd floor and has a king bed.
Living Accommodations - The family lounge is at the back of the villa and has a large sectional sofa, and two armchairs, patio doors to the pool deck and a flat screen TV. To the right of the lounge is the well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two people. Adjacent is the formal dining area with seating for six people.
Outdoor Living - The stunning west facing pool deck with a huge amount of privacy has its own private pool and spa, a covered outdoor dining area with seating for six people, a further dining table with an also seats four people, there is plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. This home backs up to a conversation area which not only allows some beautiful views, but also affords your family privacy to enjoy the pool deck. (Home no longer has a grill).
Entertainment - The games room is equipped with a pool table, a gaming system with a large screen tv for the older kids, and some toys for the younger. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All of our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family’s comfort and safety.
Cleaning fee applies to all Stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool heating is available for an extra $35 per night plus tax and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**.
