Not only the master suite has a huge bathroom attached to it, but there is also a second bedroom - like a junior suite - with its own bathroom and a kitchenette.
The open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room and dining area into a great family space to spend quality time. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils and the laundry room comes with a washer and dryer. The living room and all kingsize bedrooms are all equipped with a smart TV. High speed cable wifi internet is available for free, as well as a variety of sports and entertainment TV channels.
Enjoy the large screened lanai with a perfect view to the canal. The southern exposure of the pool area and lanai gives you an amazing view of a Florida sunset or cook your own BBQ on the gas grill.
Swim in the pool or hang out on the shallow sun shelf. There is an electric pool heater available for use. Also, a baby fence can be provided if needed as a security measure for families with children. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
