Enbrook is a new development of villa homes with resort style amenities, located in South Naples near Marco Island. 1213 is beautifully designer furnished in a contemporary coastal style to make a luxurious short term accommodation. The villa has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a third bedroom that is setup as an office. It is one story with a screened lanai at the back that offers tranquil lake views. At the front is a two-car attached garage and the home is attached on one side to the adjacent villa. The community has amenities including a resort-style pool, pickleball, tennis courts and fitness center. Marco Island is a 10 minute drive to the south and downtown Naples/5th Ave is about a 20 minute drive west. The South Naples area has many restaurants and conveniences just outside the neighborhood. Enjoy the luxury of new construction, modern interior finishes and bright, fresh coastal style at Enbrook 1213! PETS: The villa is selectively dog friendly. Please provide the age and breed of your dog for consideration. There will be a $100 pet cleaning surcharge + $25/day in pet rent. BOOKING DETAILS: During peak season, there is a 2 month minimum rental required. Date options include January+ February or March+April. February-March 2 month rentals cannot be accepted.
