This spacious 4BR retreat offers three separate living spaces, flat-screen TVs, a wet bar, multiple dining areas, and a bubbling private hot tub.
Film buffs visiting for Sundance are just a short walk from screenings at Park City MARC, while ski lovers are mere minutes from two sensational resorts, Park City and Deer Valley.
And while tucked-away seclusion comes with this sleepy cul-de-sac location, the restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries of historic Main Street are just a 7-minute drive from your door.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The living room is perfect for big groups, where a crackling fireplace and large couch bring homey comfort. Pull up a seat at the wet bar, play cards around the dining table, watch movies on the 55” TV, or enjoy the fresh alpine air on the wrap-around balcony.
Need even more room to spread out? Head downstairs to a lounge with cozy couches and another 32” TV. This room also doubles as an extra bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed and separate full size bed.
The newly updated well-equipped kitchen on the top level opens to the family room. This upstairs area provides a superb social hub for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Gather around the eight-person dinner table, or enjoy meals at at the kitchen bar with seating for six.
The four bedrooms and lower level living room can sleep up to 13 guests.

Summary: Place was great for a bunch of friends - super convenient to everything, well stocked, would also great for 2 or even 3 families with lots of sleeping options and areas where different groups can do different things.
