Summary: The property was not a clean as we expected. It was stains all over the furniture, pet hair all over the furniture, bathrooms, beds, and it all transferred on our clothes. We had to wash the bedding and try and vacuum the area rugs to eliminate with no success. The power and hot water went out on my family on Christmas Eve morning, and we were without power until about 1:30pm Christmas morning. We were soooo cold and uncomfortable. We tried to make the best of it, but it was a very unfortunate situation with little children in the household and being with power and hot water for over 24 hours. Again, we tried to make the best of it, but it did make our visit for Christmas very challenging. We called several times and was told we couldn't be accommodated in any way from one Representative that was disheartening.
