Summary: It has definitely improved since my last stay 8 years ago. We had to request new sheets because the sheets were stained with what looked like blood and urine. The new sheets were also stained. The bath mat was dirty. The mattress pad was stained with what looked like urine. I recommend using bleach when washing linens. We could not us the fridge as it was unplugged when we got there. We plugged it in, but it didn’t really get cold by the time we left. The staff was very nice.
