Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via keyless entrypads with a numerical code which will be provided prior to their stay. Separate codes will be issued for entry into the backyard patio area via a gate at the end of our driveway, as well as the individual units.

Gated Resort style neighborhood. Morningside offers it all, peaceful, lush surrounding and vegetation, central location close to all districts Miami has to offer, airport, beach, downtown, hot neighborhoods and the coolest shops and restaurants along Biscayne Bvld (walking distance).
Getting Around:
Renting a car is usually the best option to move around efficiently in Miami specially if you wish to go beyond the surrounding areas.
Buses do run along Biscayne South to North, route 3, see link below, connection can be made to cross over to the Beach.

Traditional taxis, UBER or LYFT are always available and can be called or booked through UBER's/LYFT's app for pick up at the house.
There is free parking across the street from the house.
I recommend downloading an app called TRANSIT, it monitors all bus schedules, Uber/Lyft or taxis in the areas, gives you locations for CITI bike rental as well as availability.
While a rental car may be the most convenient option, uber and lyft are readily accessible. This unit is located in a residential area in the Mimo district (on the west side of Biscayne bay, about a mile north of Design District). Please make sure the location suitable for your stay, as we are not walkable to the beach.
