Summary: Newly renovated townhouse is 2 blocks from all the restaurants and bars in the Short North. Also just a 5 min drive to the Columbus Convention Center, Ohio Fairgrounds and Expo Center. The Space: This newly renovated apartment just down the street from the lively Short North! The Short North has great shopping, places to eat, and nightlife. We are right across the street from great places to eat that are unique to Columbus. The property is in great shape and feels very spacious! Guest Access: You will be able to access the outdoor patio, all of the rooms in the property, a washer and dryer, and T.V. Anything in the house is yours to use for your stay! One thing you will not have access to is the utility closet. You will have 1 parking space off the street and there is street parking. The Neighborhood: The Neighborhood is safe and quiet during the evenings. We do always recommend keeping your doors to your car and property locked. Getting Around: You can get around by foot, car, and scooter (Lime and Bird). There are great locations within walking distance! Other Things to Note: We do not accept bookings for people who are under the age of 21 who live or are from the Columbus area. Driving and Walking Distances to Notable landmarks : 1. Columbus Convention Center: Walking - 27 Minutes Driving - 5 Minutes 2. Ohio State Fairgrounds/Expo Center: Walking - 36 Minutes Driving - 5 Minutes 3.
