Positive: Bright, open, and new. Wifi worked great and the apartment was very clean. Washer and dryer were nice and lots of extra paper towels and napkins were available. The apartment has easy parking and the instructions to check in were pretty simple.

Negative: The lock on the front door didn't work properly which allowed anyone to access the apartment. There was only one pan to cook with in the kitchen, no pots, no spices or seasoning, including salt or pepper. There is only one hand towel bar in each bathroom, we had to find other places to hang the bath towels. The master bath shower had no shelf or rack to put soap or shampoo, we had to put everything on the floor. The street noise is pretty loud at times. The blinds are not blackout - although this is nice if you want to wake up in the morning. The coffee pot is a Keurig, not a conventional pot, so you will need to bring pods. Only one key fob to access the front door is provided. If our group split up, we had to make sure we knew who would be first back to the apartment.

Summary: Clean, bright, and roomy - but missing some required items.
