Summary: Het pension was schoon en verzorgd. Het wordt genoemd een 11 persoons-appartement. In de praktijk zijn er 3 slaapkamers met een goed 2 persoonsbed. 6 personen slapen goed. Wij hadden geboekt voor 9 personen. Voor de 3 extra personen stonden stretchers klaar waarop alle betrokkenen slecht hebben geslapen. Waarom nou niet zorgen voor goede bedden. De gastheer heb ik wel 20 keer gebeld. Hij was nooit in de gelegenheid om de telefoon op te pakken. Wel kwam er een sms-je waarmee hij aangaf dat hij schriftelijk alleen bereikbaar was. We hebben dit als erg ongastvrij ervaren. Toen er een lamp kapot was in de gang, hebben we dat dus per sms gemeld; daarop kwam geen reactie. Na een dag was de klink van de voordeur eruit en stonden 2 van ons op straat. Weer gebeld, niet opgenomen. Wel kwam er toen een sms reactie. Er is toen wel direct iemand gestuurd om de zaak in orde te maken. Omdat de communicatie zo moeizaam was, hebben we toen ook Belvilla gebeld. Het was weekend, dus naar het noodnummer van Belvilla gebeld. Die namen niet op!! Lekker noodnummer is dat!! Wel een boodschap achtergelaten, maar van Belvilla nooit meer iets gehoord. Wellicht heeft Belvilla van de eigenaar wat gehoord, maar een terugkoppeling naar ons lijkt mij op zijn plaats. Het belangrijkst echter is het feit dat er voor ons gezelschap 3 sleutels waren. Door een ongelukkige gang van zaken is het voorgekomen dat 3 sleutels al met mensen op pad waren, terwijl er nog 4 van ons binnen waren. Andere gasten maken echter gebruik van dezelfde hoofd-voordeur van het gebouw. Zij hadden de voordeur op slot gedraaid. We waren dus met 4 personen opgesloten. Voor ons was het op dat moment snel opgelost. Ik vind dit echter niet kunnen. Als er brand uitbreekt, kun je er niet uit. Onvoorstelbaar dat er een deur in zit die je niet altijd van binnenuit kunt openen. Normaalgesproken zou ik op deze wijze geen klacht brengen, maar dit gemoedelijk bespreken met de gastheer. Maar ja, als die nooit bereikbaar is..... Graag zie ik een inhoudelijke reactie van u tegemoet. Met vriendelijke groet, Tijs Prins 06-20474427
