It is quiet and laid back, ideal for guests that want to avoid the crowded beaches.This is a two bedroom two bath end unit with soaring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light.Wake up to sweeping gulf views in the master suite. The master suite has king bed andincludes a private renovatedbathroom and walk in closet.Have your coffee on the private lanai, just off the master. The large, second bedroom includes a twoqueen beds andhas a vaulted ceiling, large windows with an updated bathroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, new backsplash,new stainless steel appliancesand is fully furnished with high quality dish andcookware.A heated community pool is available just steps from the villa.There is a washer and dryer and storage closet full of beach items for you to use, along with a BBQ grilll. Kayaks and bikes may be used with a signed waiver. Covered parking under the villa. Hang out at the beach, take a dip in the gulf, and have lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants on the key. End your day with a spectacular sunset at the beach or your private lanai. Look for the elusive "green flash."

There are restaurants, gift shops, convenience store, boat rentals and the main public beach 1.5 miles away. Stump Pass Beach State Park is just past the main beach area. Lemon Bay is perfect for fishing, paddle boarding, boating, jet skiing, and kayaking.Hop on one of the included bikes to explore the area. (will need a signed waiver to ride bikes and use kayaks.) Englewood has many great restaurants, a Farmer's market, and other areas to explore including Lemon Bay Park, Englewood Sports Complex, Cedar Point Environmental Park are just a few.
