The main house on the estate has many amazing features that includes a beautiful grand entry, high ceilings in nearly every room, 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen and generous-sized rooms leading to expansive outdoor living spaces.
Making your way up to the "Guest Villas" be ready to rejuvenate in the saltwater pool, and jacuzzi while listening to your Sonos surround sound system so crisp it's like having your own band in the backyard. For the golf lovers, there is a putting green located next to the "Guest Villas". Along with a large outside bar with a flat-screen T.V. 2 fire pits, horse shoe pit, ping pong table, and corn hole. Freestanding indoor/outdoor luxury bathroom with outdoor shower too! This is the perfect hideaway estate to enjoy privacy, for large groups who want separate residences on the property. The estate has 2 guest villas, Chestnut Villa sleeps 6, Luxury Villa sleeps 4, and there is 2 pool casitas that sleep 2 each.
The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, pool towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Paper products are supplied as well. Staples such as salt, pepper, foils, wraps, etc. are also included. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and make-up wipes.
The estate is only rented to one party at a time so you're never sharing your space with other guests. Daily Housekeeping and Heated Pool NOT INCLUDED please ask for pricing.
