3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Twins. Every bedroom has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Open layout connects kitchen, dining, and living areas. A half bath is located near the pool entrance.
Connectivity & Comfort
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer, dryer, and central vacuum system are provided. The fully insulated home meets ecological standards and ensures a quiet atmosphere indoors. Every bedroom has a Wi-Fi-enabled smart TV. Television available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided.

Pool and spa share one heating system; simultaneous heating not possible. Tropical outdoor area with ample seating, covered BBQ kitchen, dining space, and outdoor TV. Family fun: giant life-size chess, private putting green, and cornhole. Outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.
Accessibility & Parking
Ground-level design with wide doors and barrier-free showers. Large circular driveway fits up to six cars, trailers, boats, or jet skis. Public boat ramps nearby.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the Main Building and the West Wing, including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the living areas, kitchen, pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen.
The 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the East Wing remain closed off in this rental version of the house.
Keyless entry provides convenient self check-in. Certain areas (pool equipment, owner cabinet, and sheds) are locked for staff use only.
Neighborhood & Local Highlights
Peaceful residential area – please respect quiet hours, especially around the pool. Enjoy Gulf sunsets, 8 miles of white beach for walking, and public volleyball courts nearby. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

No smoking. No pets or service animals (due to family health concerns). Violations lead to eviction and forfeiture of payments.
