4 Bedroom House in St. Charles Historic District, Saint Charles

Your group will love this spacious & unique space.

4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath large home. King in the master bedroom and queen beds in all 3 guest rooms along with one air mattress. One of the queen bedrooms is on the main floor with a half bath. 8 sleep comfortably in beds but 10 can sleep with air mattress included. Two large bathrooms with one walk-in rain shower & a bathtub/shower in the other. Both full bathrooms are on the second level. This home has the most beautiful kitchen and dining area. There are two sets of old, STEEP steps. They are on both sides. Take into consideration when booking. Air conditioning units are added to the upstairs bedrooms in the warmer months. We do have air conditioning but the older home is harder to keep cool.

Two car private driveway behind the home and only two cars allowed directly in front of the home.

Summary: This house is unique and very spacious. Early 20th-century charm with nice modern amenities. The two full bathrooms are huge which made getting ready at the same time very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with most of what you’d need. Location is close to Main Street with fun shops and restaurants. Beds were squeaky and a little uncomfortable. That’s our only feedback for improvement. We’d definitely stay again.
