1 mile to Disney World property, 4 master suites, gated resort community, South facing pool gets sun exposure all day!!! Bedroom 1 has a King bed and direct access to the pool/spa area. Bedroom 2 has a set of Twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a King size bed. All bedrooms in this luxury vacation home next to Disney will have an LCD TV with DVD! The features free local & long distance (US) calling.
The comfortable living room has a 55 Smart TV and a view of the pool area, great for kicking back after a long day at the parks! The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and there is plenty of seating for a party size of 10 guests.
The south-facing pool and spa area get sun exposure all day, has a covered lanai with two ceiling fans to escape the heat and a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is an open grassy area behind the home for children to run and play. One of the community playgrounds is approximately 50 yards away just beyond the homes seen in the back of the house. The game room is perfect entertainment when not at the theme parks and has a pool table, foosball, flat-screen TV, table, and chairs.

As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wrist bands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands per unit is as follows:
2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 6 wrist bands
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wrist bands
4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wrist bands
5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wrist bands
6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wrist bands
No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.
All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
