It has a stunning outdoor entertainment area with water views, private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, mini golf and a huge Tiki-hut that offers plenty of seatings for dining and relaxing. Inside you have a nice fully equipped kitchen. Pool Table for fun days! The best part of this house is the outdoor area with its large Tiki-hut, private heated pool with a private boat dock. On the first floor you will find the open layout kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. . The indoor dining area offers a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably. The dining area also features a set of sliding doors giving direct access to the pool, tiki and lounge area. The livingroom offers 2 couches and a big flat screen TV which is a great place to catch your favorite shows or movies, or a comfy spot for the kids to gather before bedtime. The game room has a pool table and is an ideal place to get everyone together for a little late night competition. There is also a sliding door from the game room that walks out directly to the pool and patio area. The main floor master suite has a king bed and spacious en-suite bath with tile and mosaic accents featuring a convenient walk-in tempered glass shower. The commodious guest suite on the main floor has two twin beds with 2 pull-out twin size beds if needed. This is a great room for families to use if they are traveling with kids or young adults, and can comfortably sleep 4 kids or 4 adults. The second floor offers 3 additional private bedroom. The spacious master suite includes a king sized bed and full bath featuring a large walk-in glass shower, Jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks.
