Summary: Since we were celebrating our 33yr anniversary. I requested that the home be professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The cleanliness was basic. I reached out to the owner and expressed my concerns right away. He did apologize for the oversights.The interior design is nice however the upholstery stains should be cleaned as well.Most lamps for extra lighting was not plugged in and/or working. Touch up painting should be done; there are small areas where white paint is exposed. The outdoor patio is really large but lacks the luxurious design efforts you will find inside of the penthouse. As it is now, I feel that the price did not match my overall expectations. The absolute BEST thing about this home is the view! Stunning views of the Florida coast.With some adjustments this home could be Absolute Perfection!
