Main level also includes the kitchen ,dining, living room, laundry, & half bath. Upstairs will not be available for use with this listing but will not be rented during your stay so your stay is completely privat

Summary: My girlfriend and I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the house. Easy to get to from out of town (she from Arizona, me from Tennessee), and close enough to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and (as I discovered) state parks. About 15-ish minutes to downtown or North Little Rock. Probably the only thing I'd add is an outdoor grill. Everything else worked well and was easy to use. Definitely a great, comfortable, convenient place to stay for a couple visiting the city. Also excellent communication with the property owner. Thank you!
