Positive: The apartment was clean, it had a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need - an oven, a microwave, an electric stove, a big refrigerator, all the utensils and dishes you need. The room was good with plenty of storage space. The kids slept in the living room, on two sofas that opened into beds. The apartment is attached to the owner's house so if you need anything - they're right there to help. Gabi was very kind and lovely, she offered to do a load of laundry for us which was extremely helpful! The apartment overlooks the town and there's nice mountain view. If you drive around you can get a full experience of the views all around Filzmoos. The location was really great and we hiked a lot. We used the summer cards for free entrance to the pool, which is just a few minutes down the hill. We also went mini golfing for free at a near by hotel and enjoyed it very much. We also went up the free cable car and hiked around the mountain top. There's also a nice little hike in the woods right outside the apartment. There is no cooling in the apartment, but even on the hot days it was really nice and there was no need for extra cooling.

Negative: When the beds are open in the living room there's not much space, but we spent most of our days hiking outside so it wasn't much of a bother.
