Positive: The location and the direct access to the lake via the spa was fantastic. The staff was very devoted and helpful, especially Hr. Stefan from the reception desk! Also the sommelier at the restaurant and bar was extremely hospitable. The suite was updated, clean, air conditioned and had a Great Lake view.

Negative: The first room we were offered did not live up to the standard of what a hotel at this price class should offer. Old bathroom, very used up furniture and smelly. We asked for another room and were offered a suite for an upcharge.
