Summary: stayed at your property on January 12, 2026. I wasn’t aware that remodeling was taking place. I was in room 212, and the smoke detector was broken and hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, my bed wasn’t freshly made—it was wrinkled and balled up as if the blanket had been pulled up in a hurry. As a member, I was able to check out at 1:30 p.m., but I couldn’t rest because housekeeping knocked on my door three times, even after I told them I was checking out at 1:30 p.m. I felt like they were rushing me. Also, the Wi-Fi kept blinking on and off. For the amount I paid for that room, I didn’t expect to experience these issues.
