Summary: The owner Colleen is lovely. The house on the other hand is not as depicted in the images. The master bath is the size of cruise room bathroom and needs renovation. The home needs a deep clean. There were bugs in the kitchen and along the floor boards, flies in the house No vacuum or sweeper to be found. Upon arrival, Colleen was cleaning the house, we arrived 15 minutes early she was still there one hour later. She has no maintenance team available. The cable was disconnected during our stay. The refrigerator and freezer were too cold and not capable of adjustment. Vegetables froze and had to be discarded .The water filter in the fridge, not sure when that was last changed, we bought bottled water as the water tasted and smelled dreadful. The furniture is uncomfortable and not well maintained. The gas grill, ran out of gas. Colleen did deliver a new tank before the end of the day. The yard was over grown and the pool area not well maintained.We did love the neighborhood, the beach nearby and the pool itself was nice to relax and float in. The pool furniture is dated and mostly uncomfortable. We did leave the home in better condition then we found it in. I do think Colleen is doing some upgrades, new roof etc. Hopefully she will update the photos. She is a lovely owner and very responsive.
