Location:
The exklusive chalet is located together with 4 other cottages in Tyrol, at the Sellrain Valley, at the Stubaier Apls, between Sellrain and Kühtai. Located in a sunny and calm area, above the street and the river. The Sellrain Valley is high alpine but also close to the city! The entrance to the valley opens west of the Tyrolean capital, Insbruck. The region, with its side valleys, offers perfect skiing and mountaineering, with numerous peaks over 3,000 meters! Here, you can still experience a true, snowy winter holiday!
In summer, you will find countless marked hiking trails and bike tours away from mass tourism. People with allergies or respiratory illnesses especially appreciate the peace and fresh mountain air! The authenticity and down-to-earth nature of the villages delight guests.
Distances:
Town center Gries im Sellrain 1km. Here are restaurants and shops. City Innsbruck 17km. Ski bus stop to Kühtai (12km from here) directly below the cottage. The skiing area with highest altitude in Austria offers 44km slopes for skiers and snowboards as well as fun and action from December until the beginning of May. Skiing by night, skiing school, farmed huts! Toboggan run nearby! The cottage is also well located for ski tourers - there are 50 skitours at the Sellrain Valley, at quite a lot of them snow is assured until May as they are on an altitude of more than 3.000m! Natural waterfall for ice climbing nearby! There are endless mountain bike trails, fixed rope routes, rafting possibilities and canyoning. Natural waterfall nearby! Perfect starting point for hikes through the Stubaier Alps, to mountain lakes and to farmed huts. Swimming lake in 35km. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool in 11km.

Ground floor: very big living room (44m²) with dining area and exit to the terrace with furniture and barbecue, comfortable couch corner, woodstove, satellite TV and an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, upright freezer, dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker and coffee machine. 1 double room, shower/toilet. Upper floor: 4 double rooms, 2 shower/toilet. In front of the cottage is your private and secluded wellness area with pine sauna, shower and whirlpool. At the cottage is a floor heating, WIFI and satellite TV are available. Your car is safe from snow, ice and heat at the underground parking garage, which is at the basement. We kindly ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage.
