Positive: I stayed at this hotel while traveling for work and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The receptionist did not speak English, so we communicated in German or Russian, but she was extremely polite and welcoming, which made everything easy. Breakfast was available, my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a positive stay.

Negative: Even with the windows closed, the noise from the street was very noticeable, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax or sleep quietly.
