Positive: We loved everything about our stay! The breakfast is amazing, the afternoon tea and dinner is great. The rooms are modern and cozy. The spa area and massages are great. Additionally the hotel is the best starting point for every hiking trail.

Negative: Nothing to complain. The only little thing: The spa area is just a little too small, but this is really a first world problem ;)
