Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel has an excellent location right on the ski slope. The dinners were delicious, consisting of three courses, with a choice between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Negative: The organization of guest transportation from the parking lot to the hotel was completely mismanaged. We waited over 40 minutes in -10 °C for the shuttle, and eventually had to arrange and pay for our own transport to avoid further waiting. The pillows were terrible – thin and uncomfortable, comparable to a folded T-shirt under your head. The beds creaked and felt worn out.

Summary: Great location and dinners, but the hotel feels outdated
