Summary: Overall the stay was nice. I was NOT happy about check in. Our hotels.com account is under my wife’s name and in 10 years I’ve never had a hotel not let me check us in. This lady at the counter refused my check in and it had to be done with my wife. I had all the proof that it was our room. I was not happy at all. I do a lot of traveling by myself and if this would have happened without her along what would I have done. 0 on service. I was very dissatisfied!
