My cozy, family-friendly home is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, in a pleasant proximity to the city but still beautifully in the countryside.

The 60m ² apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch (extendable as a sofa bed), a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Of course there is also free WiFi available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, mixer and dishes.

The living room includes a couch that is 1.50m x 1.90m in size. There is a 32" TV available also.

The bedroom has a large bed (1.80mx 2.00m), air conditioning and a spacious closet.

Summary: this little apartment is equipped with everything from microwave, dryer to a/c which is a rare treat in europe in general (yes we are americans and we use a bit too much a/c!!) it may sound odd but i whole heartedly appreciated the fact that wolfgang has extra trash bags, sponges, broom, toilet cleaner for the guests. many people may not want to lift a finger when they are "on holiday" esp if it is someone else's property. i am not like that - i have a very simple principal in life: everywhere i stay, even for one night, that is my home for that one night. and my home has to be spotless. so i find it extremely uncomfortable when some hosts do not leave anything extra (such as the apartment we had in graz! impossible for me to keep the place clean during my stay!) furthermore, location is perfect. it is tucked away on the outskirts of klagenfurt - a charming small city surrounded by beautiful mountains in styria! but close to everything even IKEA! we rode our bikes through the corn field, to the lake, cross the city. the town also has many choice of ethnic restaurants. convenience is the word here. we are actually going back next year!
