Summary: Checked in at 11:00 pm and got up to our room which was on the 4th floor and the key wouldn't work so had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. Then when we got in our room there were no sheets or pillows for the pullout bed in the room so had back to go to the front desk to get them. Went to take showers in the morning and they had only given us two towels for a room that sleeps six so again had to go to the front desk to get more(which even then they tried to only give us two more, for a total of four, for the five of us. Breakfast would have been nice expect they were out of almost everything even though we showed up an hour before breakfast ended. They also were cleaning both coffee machines during breakfast so we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get coffee during breakfast time. I expected an $180 IHG hotel to be a much better experience. I'm very disappointed!!
