Our cozy and cozy holiday home offers space for 6-8 people and is located in the heart of the famous Salzkammergut in the tranquil village of Ebensee on the southern shores of Lake Traunsee. Sunny and quiet south-facing slope, near the hiking trail to the Grosser Sonnstein, opposite the Feuerkogel family hiking and skiing area. View of the Langbath valley and the Feuerkogel.
The house has a large terrace and garden furniture and grills and a garden. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine and microwave), a living room with a pull-out couch, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. From the living room you get to the 16m2 balcony made of local larch with a great view of the Langbath valley and the Feuerkogel. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a toilet.

Walking, hiking, mountaineering, skiing in the small family ski area Feuerkogel or in the nearby Dachstein-West ski arena - which connects 3 valleys with each other, swimming in the nearby lido or kyte surfing (one of the largest Kyte hotspots in Europe), visiting the thermal baths, city tours, salt mines, caves , just enjoy the peace and quiet and make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the holiday home or inside in the living room in front of the fireplace .....

The house is not barrier-free. It cannot be driven up to the holiday home by car. The last 80m to the house can only be reached via a short staircase and a footpath on foot. There is no snow removal here in winter.
