Cosy and spacious country home recently renovated with lots of character and exquisite finishings, set in beautiful grounds in a charming, rural environment on the outskirts of the town of Consell. Spacious interiors with exposed wooden beams and decorated with excellent taste.
Fully acclimatised, built over 2 storeys with a spacious living-dining room with a balcony overlooking the room, a rustic but fully equipped kitchen3 double bedrooms, 2 singles and 3 bathrooms, 1 of these en Suite.
This property also offers the possibility to enjoy the outdoor areas, such as the the lawn area and pool, stone-lined in the traditional Majorcan fashion, the homey, comfortable porch and barbecue for dining outdoor and the large garden with fruit trees that surrounds the house.
It should be noted that the main road is at 150 metres due to which, depending on the wind's direction, the sound of traffic may be heard more on some days than others, although there is a high wall on one side of the property that blocks some of the noise. The porch is built in such a way that it also conceals a little noise and the house itself has thick walls and double glazed windows.
