Owing to the ideal location in the centre, it is just a few minutes’ walk in the evening to many restaurants and amenities. The accommodation is surrounded by cycling and hiking paths and a range of leisure options, and is suitable for a relaxing or active stay in any season.
The apartment certified as four-star for two people by the DTV (German Tourism Association) is on the second floor and provides 64m² of living space. The apartment was newly renovated in 2015 and comprises a bedroom with a box spring double bed, an open living and dining room with a kitchen, and a modern daylight shower room with a WC. The interior of the attic apartment exudes cosiness, owing to its gently sloped ceilings, the exposed wooden beams, the parquet flooring, the modern lighting with spotlights on the ceiling, and the comfortable furnishing in a classy country style, so you will feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The bedroom offers a good night’s sleep in a generous box spring double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, with antiallergenic bedding. It has shelves and reading lamps on either side, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. A three-door wardrobe provides plenty of storage space for your luggage. Two chairs and a wall mirror complete the bedroom. The bathroom has a fully-gazed shower cubicle with a rain shower, a window, a WC and a washing machine. The wall-mounted mirror switches on automatically when you step in front of the washbasin and provides pleasant and clear light. A makeup mirror, a towel radiator and a hairdryer are also installed. The centrepiece of the apartment is the open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen unit, where you can sit comfortably on the leather two-seater sofa and armchair for a relaxing evening, with the smart TV with satellite channels and a USB port, as well as a stereo system, providing entertainment and the wall-mounted bioethanol fireplace exuding a cosy atmosphere. The dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together. The open built-in kitchen enables practical self-catering with a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee and tea maker, an egg boiler, a kettle, a toaster, plenty of glasses, tableware, pots, pans and cutlery. Please note that the electric stove does not have an oven. A mounted safe, free wireless Internet access, an ironing board, iron and clothes horse, as well as a washing machine are provided. If there are three guests then a supplementary bed is provided for the third adult, or a cot for a baby or toddler. There are radiators in all the rooms.
There are public parking spaces right by the house. There is also a large car park about 60 metres away.
A special feature of this holiday accommodation is the host team, who are happy to help plan day trips or to arrange hiking guides or ski instructors for you.
