The apartment is very centrally located in the midst of Düsseldorf and measures 215m². It affords indescribable views over the Rhine, the Rheinufer promenade, the Rheinpark as far as the TV tower and the Medienhafen.
The high-quality and tasteful interior fulfils the highest of standards. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed and a large walk-in wardrobe. There are two guest bedrooms, each with a double bed and premium bed linen from the "soft sleeper" series made of Egyptian cotton. The apartment has a large living and dining room and a separate lounge. It is furnished with Italian designer furniture with high-quality materials (Italian leather, walnut wood etc.). There is also a fully-equipped quality kitchen with German brand appliances made by Bosch/Siemens, including an oven, a stove with an induction hob, a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There are three bathrooms with quality fittings (rain showers, Hans Grohe fittings, designer ceramics, bidet, Italian tiles in a timeless design etc.) and a view of the Rhine. There is a separate utility room. The whole apartment is otherwise laid with high-quality oak parquet and it has new insulated wooden windows in a historical style and Velux Cabrio windows.
A flatscreen TV (3D 55"), a satellite receiver with many international channels, free wireless Internet access throughout, a telephone and an iPhone docking station with a radio/CD player and alarm, a room safe and many other amenities are provided.
This penthouse also has a large terrace facing the garden on the south-east side. Here you can enjoy a sunny location with a wonderful view over the rooftops of Düsseldorf. There are two loggias facing the Rhine with a fabulous view.
