Summary: We arrived at 10:25 pm to find a puddle of water in the doorway from the master bedroom to the bathroom. Sent a text message and voice mail to management office. Next day around 11:00 am maintenance arrived to assess the problem, later that day the issue was identified. Because water had seeped under flooring a very loud fan was needed to dry sub floor. So the fan ran for 6 days of our 7 day stay. We know it was needed to save the floor, but very annoying for us our guests. I suggest your company look for alternatives for emergency for situations like this one. The other issues were minor but it truly is the small things that make a difference. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for 10 people. No dish towels or sponges, wasn't aware we need to bring dishwasher pods, #1 TV remote didn't work, cabinets miss labeled, non working vent hood and light over stove and cords to living area lights were a tripping hazzard. In spite of all these issues we had a good stay.
