Located on the main floor are three bedrooms; one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The over-sized Master suite, which is located on the top floor, features his and hers walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, large walk-in shower with multiple spray heads, his and her sinks and vanities and private toilet with bidet. The Master bedroom also features an en-suite sitting/reading area with beautiful Bay and Inter-coastal panoramic views.
The formal dinning room features an eight person dinning table with unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. The fully stocked, large Chef kitchen, built for entertaining, comes with: a six burner Viking gas stove, flat top grill, two ovens and pot filling faucet. This eat in kitchen also features granite counter tops throughout, with two dishwashers, large Viking freezer/refrigerator ice maker with a second under the counter refrigerator, and a four seat marble top table. This kitchen also has a dual side wood-burning fireplace with a flat screen TV on top of the mantel.
The spacious living room offers unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. This room is beautifully decorated and it also features a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The living room, as well as the eat-in kitchen, have disappearing sliding doors which lead to the enclosed, outdoor patio and private pool.
