This is a beautiful and relaxing three bedroom / 2 bath ranch with no stairs to climb! It has a large eat-in kitchen with island bar to cook and entertain guests!

The three bedrooms include queen beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the large living room to sleep up to eight people total.

Bedroom number one has a spectacular view of the back yard, deck and canal.

Bedroom number two is very relaxing.

Bedroom #3 has a large oak desk and chair for working vacations.

Wake up slowly in the morning having coffee in the covered porch, screened lanai or 12 x 20 covered gazebo!

There is large stationary dock overlooking the canal as well as a floating dock to temporarily tie your fishing or leisure boat!

Access the gulf from your own back yard! The gulf waters promise clear water boating allowing guests to usually see dolphins and the occasional manatee as well as other sea life!

Take a cruise in the canals or to the Gulf on the two sit-on-top kayaks provided with the rental from your own back yard!

Summary: I can not say enough good things about this property! Check in was so easy! The home had everything that we needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything! The bed was so comfortable, all rooms were very clean! The outside is what made our winter stay perfect. We saw a lot of amazing wildlife including Water fowl, fish, jelly fish and sting ray! We really enjoyed sitting outside and soaking in the peace and quiet! The only downside is that we had to leave. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for opening your home to us!
