The Rio Grande Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick golf cart ride away, here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool for when the grandkids stop by for a visit. Your also a quick golf cart ride to the La Hacienda Recreation Center where you'll find a swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!
You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated and has an open airy feeling and has an whole house radio/CD speakers so you can enjoy listening to The Villages radio station while you are getting ready for the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. (If you choose not to cook there are many great restaurants within walking distance to try) The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and towels and linens are provided. The guest bedroom is also located on the second floor and offers a comfortable queen size bed and french doors leading out to a balcony with seating. If you are looking for some privacy you will also find a loft on the second floor with a comfortable sofa and office desk. The guest bath is roomy and has a tub/shower combo and towels & linens. The backyard patio is where I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the warm Florida sunshine. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book. The patio has a table and 4 chairs, outdoor cushioned furniture, and 2 rocking chairs so invite your new friends over for a bbq, cold drinks & snacks and relax before walking over to the FREE nightly entertainment at Spanish Springs Town Squares or for a change of scene you are only a 10 minute drive to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.
This home comes complete and includes GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ, and FREE WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
