Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum with Friday turnovers. Four night rentals will be considered during the shoulder seasons. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
