LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - This rental is just 15 minutes from the historic downtown Bonita Springs. Downtown Bonita's red paver brick road takes you through the charming offering of craft restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, and breweries. Just 10 miles from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach. Conveniently a 25 minute drive from Fort Meyers airport for a quick commute for yourself and your guests for your arrival and departure.
The House -
The master bedroom opens up to your outdoor oasis - complete with full outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool with a hot tub, and a view overlooking the 14th fairway of the award winning Bonita National golf course. A dedicated pool bath is conveniently located outside as well. Open up the sliding glass doors to your open concept living room for the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The living room is complete with two sofa's to enjoy guests while watching your favorite show, a sitting area with two oversized club chairs to relax in while sipping your morning coffee, and a dining table that seats 6. The gourmet kitchen is the anchor to this open-concept space complete with all GE appliances - 5 burner stove top, oven, convection oven, tub sink, and bar height island with seating for your guests and family to enjoy while you are cooking. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all your entertaining needs. Four kinds of wine glasses and drinking glasses, plenty of serving plates for all kinds of entree's, drink carafe's, tupperware, and non-stick pots and pans. Smaller appliances in the kitchen include Cuisinart coffee maker and blender. Off of the living room towards the front of the house, you will find the den complete with a sofa, club chair, and a flat screen TV. The calming warm tones of ocean blue and sandy taupe will make this the perfect room to work from home, read a book, or enjoy a movie separately from what everyone is watching in the living room. The secondary guest room is tucked away down the hall to the right of the front door. Your guests will enjoy the privacy of the corridor that separates the guest room from the rest of the house. For your convenience this rental is equipped with beach chairs and a bike.
