The sunny and bright unit is located above the garage, the garage below is only used for storage by the owner. An oversized bedroom with 16 foot ceilings & 2 queen beds. In suite laundry, plus a stylish living and dining space complete this airy oasis.
2 designated parking spaces to the right of the carriage house fenced area- see photos. Walk up the private stairs at the rear of the house to access the front door to the space. No shared walls with anyone else. Stunning views surround the property.
