Comes with 5 beach passes and South Pavilion beach locker. The house is on a well-shaded property with beautiful late day sun. Constructed in 1877, it predates the town's incorporation in 1892. It maintains some of original floor and windows. It was built by songwriter (mostly hymns it seems) and was often mistaken as the manse for the historic church (open for one service on Sundays) next door.
